 Holiday Re-Heat Instructions

Beef Wellington (Raw) - Bake uncovered at 375 for 45 minutes – let rest 10 minutes before cutting

Turkey-(Whole or Sliced) Reheat covered with foil at 350 for 20 minutes – baste with pan juices

Chateaubriand- Bake in preheated 350 oven for 25-35 minutes or until cooked to your preference

Coq au Vin- Place on a sheet tray and bake in preheated oven at 350 for 35 minutes

Crab Cakes- Separate on baking tray, Bake in Preheated oven 375 for 10 minutes

Salmon en Croute- Bake uncovered in preheated oven at 350 for 30 minutes. Let rest

All Quiche- Bake in preheated oven at 350 and bake (from room temperature, approx. 5 minutes. From refrigerator, approx. 10 minutes)

Latkes- Bake uncovered for 10 minutes at 350

All Mashed Potatoes - Reheat covered in foil at 375 for 25-30 minutes – stir ½ way through

Grilled Asparagus- Sauté in pan over medium high heat until hot

Broccoli Rabe with Garlic- Sautè in pan over medium high heat until hot.

Roasted Vegetables – Reheat Uncovered at 375 for 15 minutes or until hot

Haricots Verts - Reheat Uncovered at 375 for 15 minutes or until hot

Sauteed Wild Mushrooms - Reheat uncovered at 375 for 10 minutes

Brussels Sprouts - Reheat Uncovered at 375 for 15 minutes or until hot

Soups + Bisque – Heat in pot until hot

All Sauces – DO NOT MICROWAVE IN CONTAINER. Defrost, then heat in pan until hot

Cranberry Chutney – Heat in pot until warm, or serve at room temperature

Bernard’s Rich Gravy – Heat in pot until hot

Brie en Croute - Bake at 350 for 20- 25 minutes or until golden brown

Ravioli – Cook in boiling salted water until they float – about 4 minutes

Risotto Balls – Separate onto a tray and bake at 375 for 10 minutes

Onion Confit Tarts - Separate onto a tray and bake at 375 for 10 minutes

Baked Vegetable Spring Rolls – Separate onto a tray and bake at 375 for 10 minutes

Where are the rotisserie chickens and ducks from?

Our rotisserie chickens are from Free Bird Farms in Pennsylvania, and our rotisserie ducks are from Maple Lake Farms in Indiana. The chickens and ducks are humanely raised, cage free, and are anti-biotic free.

How should I reheat my items?

Items packaged in black tins may be reheated in the oven. All other items should be transferred to an oven or microwave safe dish for reheating

Do not put any plastic in the oven or microwave

For frozen sauces, allow to defrost on your counter for several hours, or until thawed, prior to transferring to a saucepan to reheat.

Is your packaging sustainable?

Our paper packaging is sustainable and compostable.

Items packaged in glass jars or bottles may be returned for a store credit (large mason jars $3, small mason jars $1, vinaigrette bottles $2)
